Join us in April for Recent Developments in California Easement Law, presented by Douglas R. Roeca.

The course will present a great primer for those who have not handled many easement cases, and for those with experience a focus on the recent trend to expand the concept of the equitable easement.

In this presentation, participants will:

  • First will go over what causes of action should be considered in every case concerning access to real property, and the logical depositories of evidence to support a case.
  • The course will then focus on recent case law that has expanded the concept of the equitable easement to include situations where there was not even a pre-existing use.
  • For illustration the course will review a recent case involving several disputed easement claims over property in Nevada County.

Don't miss this in depth and informative presentation!
